Tun daga lokacintsarin kyamarayana taka muhimmiyar rawa a cikin kayayyakin lantarki, bari mu ƙara koyo game da shi domin ku iya yanke shawara mai kyau game da na'urar kyamara ta samfuran ku.

Za mu bayar da wasu shawarwari da kuma tsarin ƙera na'urar kyamara a cikin abubuwan da ke tafe. Da fatan zai taimaka.

Yadda ake zaɓar madaidaicin tsarin kyamara

A gaskiya ma, abin da ruwan tabarau kake buƙata ya dogara ne da inda kake son sanya kyamarori/modules na kyamara. Shin kana son sanya shi a ɗakinka, ofishinka, motocinka, babban masana'antarka, bayan gidanka, titinka, ko gininka? Waɗannan wurare daban-daban masu nisan lura daban-daban suna amfani da ruwan tabarau daban-daban, to ta yaya za a zaɓi wanda ya dace tsakanin ɗaruruwan ruwan tabarau daban-daban?

Tsawon ruwan tabarau shine nisan da ke tsakanin ruwan tabarau da na'urar firikwensin hoto lokacin da abin da ke cikin ruwan tabarau yake, yawanci ana bayyana shi a cikin milimita (misali, 3.6 mm, 12 mm, ko 50 mm). A yanayin ruwan tabarau na zuƙowa, an faɗi duka mafi ƙarancin tsayi da matsakaicin tsayin mai da hankali, misali 2.8mm–12 mm.

Da zarar tsawon abin da aka ɗauka ya yi guntu, to, girman wurin da ruwan tabarau ya ɗauka ya fi girma. A gefe guda kuma, tsawon lokacin da ruwan tabarau ya ɗauka, haka nan girman da ruwan tabarau ya ɗauka ya fi ƙanƙanta. A tsarin kera na'urar kyamara, akwai hanyoyi guda biyu na shirya firikwensin: fakitin sikelin guntu (CSP) da kuma guntu a kan jirgin (COB).

Kunshin sikelin guntu (CSP)

CSP yana nufin fakitin guntuwar firikwensin yana da yanki wanda bai fi sau 1.2 na guntu ba. Mai ƙera firikwensin ne ke yin sa, kuma yawanci akwai wani yanki na gilashi da ke rufe guntu.

Chip onboard (COB)

COB yana nufin guntuwar firikwensin za a haɗa ta kai tsaye zuwa PCB (allon da'ira da aka buga) ko FPC (da'irar bugawa mai sassauƙa). Tsarin COB wani ɓangare ne na tsarin samar da na'urar kyamara, don haka masana'antar na'urar kyamara ce ke yin sa.

Idan aka kwatanta zaɓuɓɓukan marufi guda biyu, tsarin CSP yana da sauri, ya fi daidaito, ya fi tsada, kuma yana iya haifar da ƙarancin watsa haske, yayin da COB ya fi adana sarari, ya fi arha, amma tsarin ya fi tsayi, matsalar yawan amfanin ƙasa ta fi girma, kuma ba za a iya gyara ta ba.

Tsarin kera na'urar kyamara

Don tsarin kyamara ta amfani da CSP:

1. SMT (fasahar hawa saman): da farko shirya FPC, sannan a haɗa CSP zuwa FPC. Yawanci ana yin sa a babban sikelin.

2. Tsaftacewa da rabawa: tsaftace babban allon da'ira sannan a yanka shi zuwa sassa na yau da kullun.

3. Haɗa VCM (motar murfi): haɗa VCM zuwa wurin riƙewa ta amfani da manne, sannan a yi burodi a cikin module ɗin. A soya fil ɗin.

4. Haɗa ruwan tabarau: haɗa ruwan tabarau zuwa wurin riƙewa ta amfani da manne, sannan a gasa kayan aikin.

5. Haɗa dukkan na'urorin: haɗa na'urar ruwan tabarau zuwa allon da'ira ta hanyar na'urar haɗa ACF (anisotropic conductive film).

6. Duba ruwan tabarau da kuma mayar da hankali.

7. Dubawa da marufi na QC.

Don tsarin kyamara ta amfani da COB:

1. SMT: shirya FPC.

2. Gudanar da tsarin COB:

Haɗin Die: haɗa guntu na firikwensin akan FPC.

Haɗin waya: ƙarin waya don gyara firikwensin.

3. Ci gaba da haɗa VCM kuma sauran hanyoyin iri ɗaya ne da tsarin CSP.
